About Us
The business started in 1995. My wife & I married in ’98, & have raised 4 beautiful children. We attend LifeChurch & our faith is at the front of every decision we make. We love what we do, but it does not define us. We are an active family & enjoy adventures & experiencing new things. We love creating family memories; we enjoy restoring ugly homes; & we enjoy meeting & placing good people in good homes.
What Our Clients Say
“I would hate to rent from anyone else again, I have been with them a few years now. I have never had any issues getting something fixed. They have always been super nice.”

“Best landlord in the last 10 years, punctual, timely, and very responsive. Honestly no complaints, never went a day without air conditioning. Thanks Angela for all the good work. Been a pleasure!“

Mission Statement
When it comes to our mission statement, I would say it is pretty simple. We value people, and we value the homes people live in. If we manage your home, we will treat it as if it were our own. If we sell you a home, we will stand behind it for the first year so you can have peace of mind. Whether you are a tenant, an investor, or a home buyer, we want you to have the peace of mind knowing that we value everyone, and bringing a smile to someone’s face and giving people peace of mind and a solid, quality home is our mission. Lastly but most importantly, we invest for God, so that we may give back what God has blessed us with.
Your Questions, Answered
How do I know if I qualify to rent a home?
A: If you have verifiable income and have not been evicted in the last 5 years, there is a good chance that we would give you an opportunity.
Q: What if my heater or A/C goes out?
A: Typically we get you in contact with a licensed HVAC company and can usually have you taken care of within 24–48 hours.
Q: What is the proper way to move out when my lease is up?
A: We ask that you give a proper 30-day notice in writing, leave the home as it was given to you, pay the rent, and turn in the keys at the end of the month.
